Passionate about hospitality and great service, Jodi Fyfe has worked in the food and beverage industry for more than 30 years. As the Founder & CEO of The Paramount Group, she leads four brands that activate joy through fully immersive, high-quality culinary and event experiences that stimulate the sense and fuel the soul. Jodi holds an undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management from Kendall College, where she remains active in the alumni community. She is heavily involved with the Chicago hospitality scene, providing training, career development, and mentoring for individuals with a focus on inclusivity. Jodi is also a member of the Illinois Restaurant Association Advisory Council to advocate for the rights and safety of the industry’s workforce.
